What is a health relationship?
A healthy Relationship is:
- One that positively beneficent all parties.
- Both parties trust each other sincerely and there inst any lying or manipulation between the two.
- All parties feel safe and their is no physical violence or abuse between them.
- For romantic relation in particular their is no sexual manipulation and their always consent asked first.
Why Is having a healthy relationship important?
According to a study by Society for Research in Child Development Having someone like a close friend lowers chance of anxiety into adulthood. While being popular and sought out in high school but not having one reliable person increased chance of social anxiety into adulthood. And having neither being popular or having friends gave the worse outcome.
Why its important to keep your relationship healthy and how to do so:
- Physical or signs of physical abuse are signs of an unhealthy relationships and if this is happening in a relationship you are in you should tell someone and leave as fast as possible. If your relations becomes orianented into this then it become very harmful for you and can cost you your life in the long run or even short.
- Lack of cuminacation in a relationship can cause lack of trust and other standing between each other.
